Introduction to the hydraulic system:
The hydraulic system and hydraulic components of the machine tool are imported from Germany HAWEI system. The hydraulic system is specially developed for CNC bending machines.

The system has the following features:
(1) Driven by an electro-hydraulic servo valve group, it has a compact structure, strong sealing performance, high synchronization accuracy and long service life.
(2) External large-diameter filling valve, high speed and low loss.
(3) The famous gear high-pressure pump is used to withstand high pressure and has low noise.
(4) The cylinder seal uses imported sealing elements from Japan's NOK company, which has low wear and no leakage.
(5) The hydraulic system has overload overflow safety protection.
(6) The oil level height has a clear and intuitive display.
(7) The high-precision guide system, position measurement system and hydraulic balancing function can meet the needs of full-length processing.
(8) The machine tool can work continuously under rated load, and the hydraulic system has no leakage and is continuously stable with high precision.
Motor Introduction

Oil Pump Introduction
The oil pump of the bending machine tool is one of the cores of the bending machine, and its quality directly affects the working efficiency of the bending machine. Our oil pumps use famous domestic and foreign brands, such as sunny in the United States. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, stability and energy saving, which can improve the accuracy and speed of the bending machine, reduce noise and energy consumption, and have a long service life.
Back gauge introduction
The entire back gauge is subjected to high-temperature tempering treatment to eliminate internal stress, improve metal toughness, and prevent precision loss due to frame deformation.
To ensure high-precision movement of the X-axis of the machine back gauge, our suppliers are all well-known brands, such as HIWIN. Ball screws and linear guides improve the accuracy and consistency of the machine. Our back gauge is controlled by a servo motor, which provides better control and operating accuracy than stepper motors.
Electrical components
We use genuine Schneider or German Siemens components imported from France, which are very stable and durable. The original electrical cabinet equipped with this machine has strong anti-interference ability and stable electrical performance.
Quick clamps
Very tightening, positioning and precision. Can be replaced quickly and easily, so as to achieve efficient use of time.
