Equipment Inspection
Check whether all parts of the plate shearing machine are normal, including the electrical system, lubrication system and safety protection devices (such as protective cover, emergency stop button). Confirm that the blade has no gaps, looseness or misalignment, and the gap adjustment meets the plate thickness requirements (generally 5%-7% of the plate thickness).
Personnel Protection
The operator needs to wear tight protective clothing, safety helmets and protective gloves to avoid clothing or body parts being involved in the machine. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from operating the equipment, and a designated person must be designated to direct when multiple people collaborate.
Environmental Cleaning
Remove tools, scraps and other debris on the workbench and surroundings to ensure that the operating area is clean.
Material and parameter control
Overload is prohibited: the thickness of the sheared plate must not exceed the rated capacity of the shearing machine, and it is strictly prohibited to shear hard materials such as hardened steel and cast iron.
Gap adjustment: Manually or electrically adjust the blade gap according to the plate thickness, and gradually transition from thin plates to thick plates during trial shearing.
Operational taboos
It is strictly forbidden to touch the danger zone: fingers must be at least 200mm away from the blade, and do not use hands to pad or feed materials at the end of shearing.
It is forbidden to stack materials or cut two materials at the same time: avoid equipment overload or blade cracking.
Operation monitoring
Observe the oil pressure gauge (such as the pressure should be ≤20MPa when cutting a 12mm plate) and the sound of the equipment, and stop the machine immediately if abnormal.
When the oil tank temperature exceeds 60℃, the operation must be suspended to prevent the hydraulic system from overheating.
Daily maintenance
Lubrication management: Add lubricating oil once per shift, and deep lubricate key parts such as bearings every six months.
Cleaning requirements: Clean up waste after work, and apply anti-rust grease to unpainted parts.
Regular maintenance
Check the reliability of belts, bolts and safety devices every week, and replace worn parts (such as blades, seals) in time.
Electrical system failures must be repaired by professionals, and operators are prohibited from disassembling them by themselves.
Equipment abnormality: Immediately cut off the power supply, check the cause of abnormal noise or vibration, and force operation is strictly prohibited.
Injured: Stay at the scene, contact medical assistance immediately, and report the details of the accident.
CNC shearing machine: Programming verification is required before operation, and bypassing the safety lock is prohibited.
Hydraulic shearing machine: Check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil regularly to prevent contaminants from clogging the valve group.
